synchronize Quickbooks with outlook 2003

I'm trying to synchronize my quickbooks 2003 with outlook
2003 and an alert says "open msgstore failed" and I have
to cancel the task.
with outlook xp had no problem.
what can I do?

Ask the people who make Quickbooks if they have any update to add
compatibility with Outlook 2003.
