When I have my contact list grouped by Category and then try to sort by the "file as" column the list is sorted but the category grouping disappears. Is there a way to sort within the Category grouping? This used to work in Outlook 2002 and earlier but not in 2003 Weird, isn't it? I always have to reset the view after I change my sort order. Fortunately, I don't change my sort order very often.
