convert contacts to address book

I am using Outlook 2002 and I can't see my contacts when I click the To
button in a new email message. Any suggestions. (I have already trie
to show contacts as an address book in the contacts properties but tha
option is greyed out.

Then add the Outlook Address Book to your profile.
