1. How do I hold my e-mail messages in the outbox when I
click the send button?  they are currently being sent when
I click the send button upon the click.

2. How do I have the addressin my contact folder appear
when I open my address book folder?  Currently there are
some addres that each have that do not appear in the other
folder.

You must at least post your Outlook version for anyone even to start
guessing at an answer.

While you're at post how many Contacts Folders you have and how you have
configured the Outlook Address Book in your profile. The Outlook Address
Book cannot contain information that is not in your Contacts Folder. It is
simply a view of the electronic addresses that reside in your Contacts
Folder.
