You're probably missing a sync application than can handle multiple contacts
folders. Chapura has updated its PocketMirror Professional utility to work
with the Business Contacts folder from BCM.
A forthcoming version of Intellisync will support BCM, but the version 5.3
or earlier does not.
I have also heard of people using Pocket Contact Synchronizer, a free tool
from Microsoft, to copy contacts automatically from the BCM Business
Contacts folder to your main Contacts folder. The main Contacts folder can
be synchronized with any PDA sync tool.

Thanks Sue-
Any idea if MS's Pocket Contact Synchronizer 1.2 will work
as well with Palm devices? The info page at Microsoft only
specifies Pocket PC and Windows CE devices. It also does
not specify how it works- Does it work automatically? or
do I need to manually sych all the contact lists before I
can synch to my palm?

As I said, PCS copies items from a non-default contacts folder to your
default Contacts folder. It doesn't work with PDAs at all. It all happens in
Outlook. I don't remember whether it's automatic or works on a schedule. You
can find out by downloading and trying it.
