When creating a new email and clicking on the To: button I get the following error. - "The address list could not be displayed. The contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; It may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions.

I removed the address book, but it still shows up. When clicking to To: button, there are two Contacts list. One works and the other generates the above error.

Remove the one that creates the error. If you don't know how, post your
version.
For that matter, always post your version. We can't read minds.
