Adding fields when importing pabs

I am trying to add or change some of the fields when using
the map to command on the import wizard. I am using a csv
file. Is there anyway to map to the fields of a custom
designed form?

No. Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to write
custom code or use a third-party application. See
