We are using Exchange 2000 with Outlook 2003 and XP as Clients.
We have 2 Custom forms in a public folder to hold addtional information for certain contact types. One 2003 Outlook client recently (After the DAO secrtiy update) gets a message "Can not Display Form" on one of the form types. It will use the Outlook standrd form, but you can not see all the needed information. She has rights to the public folder. I have updated all XP (we are using XP pro) and Office patches and it did not help. I have updated our ATI 7500 drivers for the graphics card still not resolving the issue. If I create a new profile for her, the form works and then it shorlty will not display again. Any ideas on how to attack soling this problem?
Is the folder in her Public Folder Favorites? There's a bug in Outlook
2003 that corrupts the forms cache if a public folder is in Favorites
and has a form with code in it.
See http://www.slipstick.com/dev/ol2003problems.htm#favforms for more
information.
