When I put in a new contact the name in the File As box displays First Name Last Name and I can't get it to display correctly. Is there a default button under Tools, Options that a person could set back to default? Yes. What version are you using? In some it's in Tools > Options > Preferences > Contact Options. When you fail to post your version you just keep us from being able to answer you correctly.
