MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / January 2004outlook 2000 closes when scrolling in contacts
When scrolling down the list of contacts, Outlook will quit running - no errors about half way through the list. Has anyone had this happen before? Lots of people report it. No one knows how to fix it. For some users removing and re-adding the Outlook Address Book Service and repairing the PST file will fix it. For most, nothing fixes it.
