Outlook 2003 and xp home

I have three mail folders 2002, 2003, and (you guessed
it) 2004.

I only want / need one contacts folder, but currently
have three - 2 in 2003 and 1 in 2004.

1.  HOw do I get all the contacts into the 2004 contacts
so I can remove the others - which confuse me.  I could
select all the 2003 contacts and copy them to the  2004
folder but am concerned that the older ones will "update"
teh newer ones.

2.  How do i make sure that all new contacts i enter go
into the 2004 contacts info?

Thank you

1) copy all of them, then use a duplicate checker to reconcile. See
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts.htm

2) I don't know, because I don't know what you mean by 2004.
