Hi,

I use public folder for keeping e-mail item and contact
for a group of 5 users.

Can anyone help me to track activity for the contact in
this folder like the contact at my personal
folder "Outlook Today -[Mailbox - username]" which will
show all the activity of particular contact by opening the
contact and click the activity?.
The activity I would like to tract is not only the outlook
e-mail item, but also word excel documents.

The point is I would like these group of 5 people have the
ability to track all correspondence to every contact in
this public folder, either e-mail (exchange mail server),
MS-Word and Excel. To enable this 5 people to monitor all
communication of the group with every person in this
contact folder.
