I believe that I have encountered a quirk with outlook contacts.  I
maintain an Exchange 2000 box.  Our receptioninst shares the CEO's
contacts as she enters busines cards for him and tries to keep things
up to date for him.  Presently there are about 1200 contacts in this
shared folder.  Unfortunately the receptionsinst has been having
problems seeing all of the contacts?  She only sees a little more than
1000 and when she adds one it appears in the CEO's conatacts but she
does not see it???

At first I thought this was an Exchange issue but I have since migrated
to an Exchange 2003 server and the problem has persisted.  Both users
have used multiple versions of outlook and are now both are on Outlook
2003?

Is there some limitation with viewing another's shared
mailbox/contacts?

Would love some suggestions.

JTB
