Outlook Contacts and To field

I am looking for some assistance, I am using Outlook 2000 and when I go
to compose an email and I click on the To field my contacts are not
displayed, I can see the contacts when I click on the contacts button
on the left hand side bar though. What am I missing? Is there a way
to get the contacts connected to the To field again?
Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Go to Tools > Services. Make sure the Outlook Address Book service is
listed. If not, add it. Next, R click on the Contact folder or folders you
want the OAB to display, choose "Properties", go to the Outlook Address Book
tab and check the "Show this folder as an E-mail address book" box. You may
also need to go to Tools > Options > Addressing Tab and choose to show your
Contacts folder.
