MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / January 2004BCM contacts not opening
Can anyone help with my BCM. When I try to open BCM it says "outlook cant open form and will use another outlook form instaed" This message is then followed by "Array index out of bounds" Help my BCM is no use if i cant open contacts, thanks. Simon BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache. You might want to call Microsoft Support, tell them you're having forms cache problems, and ask for the new hotfix.
