I can't find out how to request microsoft business contact manager anywhere

I have a volume license edition of office 2003 pro and for some reason, when I log a tech support request from MS, I get an error message stating that my product number is invalid.  I know I have a valid product

Can anyone help

Thanks is advance

You should contact your reseller. BCM is on a separate CD and is not
distributed with volume license copies of Office Pro 2003 except on request.
Don't take no for answer. If you have a problem, post back with information
about who the reseller was.
