MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / January 2004Adding new types of work to journal in contacts
If you want to activate the timer in outlook when doing work on/for a contact you have the possibility of chosing i.e. note or telephone or fax etc.. Can these different subject be changed so you i.e. can start a new task as i.e. driving or check off or visit. I om in outlook 2003 and have never seen this possible in outlook 2000. The task also could be preparing photos or preparing yearly records etc. Thanking you in advance. Peter DK Yes, you can add new types of journal entries.
