If you want to activate the timer in outlook when doing work on/for a contact you have the possibility of chosing i.e. note or telephone or fax etc.. Can these different subject be changed so you i.e. can start a new task as i.e. driving or check off or visit. I om in outlook 2003 and have never seen this possible in outlook 2000. The task also could be preparing photos or preparing yearly records etc.
Thanking you in advance.
