> I am getting the problem connecting error, researched and did what support said with the addition of my name to the BCM Users in the Administrative Options.  I don't see anything on any toolbars about BCM.  I removed it a few weeks ago and tried again to use it again after all my latests updates, but to no avail, I still get the error.  Not sure what is wrong with it.  any ideas?  thanks!
