Okay here is the problem. When ever I try to edit or delete a contact in the public file it won't allow me access to change it if I didn't create the contact. So what I did was copy all the contacts and paste them into my contact file. Then I decided I would give every one access to my file. That all worked except that I can't make a shortcut or make a new public file that will show up on everyone's computer. I am at a loss. Basicly my overall question is it possible to make a private folder public and be seen on everyone's computer to allow them access? If any one can advise I would be extremly apreciated.

It depends on what you mean by a private folder. If it's a folder in your
Exchange mailbox, you can grant permissions on the Properties dialog for the
folde.
