I did not get a response to my last input, so I'll try again.
When I try to send a new message from Contacts, the address list is not displayed.  This problem is described in Microsoft Base Article 319901: "OL Error if You Use Yor Contacts to address a new Message", but the article refers to Outlook 2002 and 2003, not 2000, and the instructions do not apply to my version of Outlook.
This problem surfaced suddenly.  I have used Outlook for years with no problems before now.
My Outlook 2000 is configured in the Corporate/Workgroup mode.
My Outlook profile services include the following items: Active folders, Personal folders, Internet e-mail, Outlook address book.
Please respond.  This problem is very annoying when I send mail to many addresses.  I have downloaded the OST Integrity Check Tool and followed the instructions, but intead of the folders to scan, I receive the message: Office Synchronization is not supported for your mailbox.  Thank you.

Danisa, I just answered in your other thread a few minutes ago.  Sometimes
it takes us a little while to get back to the groups.  I usually only get to
them once a day, and sometimes it takes two days.
