email distribution group

Hi,
Is it possible to create a an email distribution group
from Outlook which is available to all group members i.e.
in create email group at public folder

Yes, no problem. You can then e-mail from within that folder by
rightclicking the Contact-> New Message to Contact. Another way to go is to
add the Contacts folder to your address book by rightclicking the folder->
properties-> tab Outlook Address Book. This method is great for
project/workgroup mailboxes.
