I've been using Outlook 2002 for years without problems.
Suddenly, the program refused to display the second half
of my contact list. Now, it won't show anything.
I get "Unable to display folder. Errors detected in the
file C:\Documents and Settings\Garrett Sutter\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst.
Quit all mail enabled applications, and then use the
Repair Inbox Tool."
I found the tool, but I cannot locate "Local Settings"
file. I don't think it exists. I tried a search for
it.
Everything else in Outlook works.
When I synch w/pocket PC everything gets exchanged except
for contacts.

Describe what happened just before "Suddenly." Nothing happens for no reason
all by itself.
When you searched for PST files, did you search for hidden files?
