Outlook 2003 and xp home

I have three mail folders 2002, 2003, and (you guessed
it) 2004.

I only want / need one contacts folder, but currently
have three - 2 in 2003 and 1 in 2004.

1.  How do I get all the contacts into the 2004 contacts
so I can remove the others - which confuse me.  I could
select all the 2003 contacts and copy them to the  2004
folder but am concerned that the older ones will "update"
teh newer ones.

2.  How do i make sure that all new contacts i enter go
into the 2004 contacts info?

Thank you

You received no response because your post makes no sense. You start off
talking about mail folders, then switch to Contacts Folders.
Restate your problem more clearly please and in complete detail.
