On a manager's computer he runs Office 2000 over an NT 4.0
network using Exchange 5.5 on an XP workstation and can
click File, New, and on the "Show names from the:" drop
down box select Contacts.

Now I setup another computer and can see everything except
his Contacts including his inbox, private folders,
calendar, etc..

Question:  Where is Contacts stored?

Contacts are saved in Microsoft Exchange.

Try this: In the second computer, right-click the contacts folder, choose
Properties and activate the Outlook Address Book tab. Make sure that it says
to show this folder as an Address Book.
