Where are the cached "Resolved Names" stored? I have a user that is
resolving a e-mail address from a user that has been deleted.

We are using Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2003

In the NK2 file. Deleting a Contact will not remove anything from the NK2
file. Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by
highlighting the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your
arrow key to migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before
you tab out of the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions
here:
