copy  sub-directories back to contacts to export

When our outlook was setup they entered sub-directories
for diff. critira in addtion to contacts. Now we know we
could have sort by catagory. We want only 1 address book
so it can be exported to other programs.

assuming you mean subfolders, use View, Folder list to show the folder tree.
open the subfolders and select one contact. Control A to select all and drag
them to the main contacts folder. Repeat as needed. Delete the subfolder
when finished.
