removing/hiding notes from a Contact record

Can you send a Vcard without the notes that appear on it?  If I type
information about a person on their contact card I don't want that to go
with it when I send someone the contact's details.

A vCard is just a text file. Create it from the contact, then edit it in
Notepad to remove or add anything.
