Hello, I need to send out a mass email.  Is there anyway
to make it so that each recipent only sees his/her
names?  If someone could answer this, I would really
appreciate it.  Thanks, Mindy

You can use a mail merge for this from within Word.

What if the contact information is in Excel?

No problem. The Mail Merge Wizard also allows you to connect to an Excel
sheet.

if you use Contacts within Outlook email merging is a snap!

Select the names you want to email.  Then Tools, Mailmerge and select merge
to email (at bottom of screen).  A spot appears for you to enter the Subject
line.  Then MS Word starts up.  Type the text of your email (there's a
button ADD MERGE FIELD which gives you all your Contact fields) with the
fields you want inserted.  Hit the button that sends it off to the
emailmerge rather than the printer and it's done.
