I created a contact in Outlook. After launching business
contact manager, I clicked, then dragged one contact into
business contact manager. This contact was then deleted
from business contact manager. I now find that I cannot
create a new business contact. I encounter the message:

displayed. See system administrator. What happened?

BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options |
Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.

I have a similar problem although I have no idea how I
created it. I am also unable to add new contacts through
an account or directly in Contacts. Further, two of my
contacts have had all of my received e-mails appended to
them! Unfortunately, I think I am going to have to re-
install the software.
