Hi,

I am looking for awat to send a newsletter to all members of my rugby club.  I would like ot send it so only the reciepient has his/her name in the To box.  I think this is called bulk emailing...and I am not a SPAMer...I just want to to be able to send one email to several people adn it be personal to them...

I am using Outlook, is it possible and how

Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these
