Curious as to how I would go about printing off only contacts with a specific state listed in either the personal or business address. I've tried a few things but nothing pulls out these fields and allows me to print. I do need all information to print for the contact to print but just for the FL people. Thank you!

You can set a filter for this in your view. View-> Current View-> Customize
Current View-> button Filter...

create a view with just the fields you want and filtered to show just the
names you want. You can then copy the fields and paste into word to print or
print from outlook.
