Outlook address book

I switched over from MSOffice 1997 to MSOffice 2000.  When
I was using Office1997 Word I could access the mailing
address, home or other from Contact.  Now using Office2000
I can only access the mailing address.  I don't have
access to the home & other address placed in Contact.

Post your mail support mode (line 2 of Help | About) and the method by which
you are accessing these addresses.
