Hi - We have volunteers come and enter contact info, plus we want them to
use standard  categories ( specified by myself) How can I ensure they get
the same list that I see on my outlook 2002. We have Exchange 2000 and SBS.

Many thanks

Ian

Categories are kept in each user's Windows registry. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/olcat.htm for some strategies you can
use.

Ian

Take a look at www.olcat.com, where there's a tool designed to keep
categories consistent across the enterprise.
