I would like to create mass mailing labels with an address
block that contains the field "job title."  I am using my
Outlook 2002 contacts with the mail merge to create the
labels.  However, the "job title" field is not listed as
an option for inclusion in the address block, nor for
listing separately on labels.  How can I include the "job
title" field as an option when mail merging with Outlook
contacts?

It is if you start the merge from Outlook.
