Tool for synchronising two Contact folders ?

Hi,

Does anybody know a tool or another function (maybe within Outlook 2002?)
that can synchronize two different Contact folders, or even better, show the
differences between two contact folders, an then be able to decide which
contact entry is added in either direction ?

Outlook Contacts Scrubber under Duplicate checkers. Hope
this helps. I am in the same boat.
