I have a newer version of Windows 2000 than my boss.  When I create a new contact (or calendar entry) and send it to him, it shows up like it should in his email, but when he goes to save it, nothing happens.  The entries don't appear in his contact list.  On my newer version, it doesn't show the option to forward it as a vCard.

You haven't said what version of Outlook you have.
