I am running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP. Is it possible to
have e-mails which have been sent by contacts in my
address book display the names I have given them?

i.e. my inbox will show a message received from "EXAMPLE,
JONATHAN Q." I have an entry in my address book for Jon
Example (with "Jon Example" in the "Display as:" field of
the contact profile)

Even though this contact information has been saved, I
continue to receive emails from "EXAMPLE, JONATHAN Q." Any
ideas?

Thanks for your help--

Ryan

I would suspect that is because the from field is determined by the sender,
not the recipient.
