I would love to know if anyone has any information about copying one year's worth of appointments from Outlook to a cd for safe keeping ie TAXES. I would like to be able to save last year and remove them from my computer. Is this possible? How? Thanks!

You could use the AutoArchive feature of Outlook, which can move last year's
Calendar appointments to a *.pst file. You can then save this file to CD.
