how do i track items sent to a contact

using Outlook 2000- all i want to do is cya... every time i sent a message to this one particular contact, it needs to also be saved to a folder in my personal box....so i can PROVE i sent items...

how do i do this?

Use Rules Wizard to create a rule for outgoing messages to that contact that
saves a copy in your desired folder.
