I KEEP RECEIVING BACK A REJECT EMAIL IN OUTLOO IT SAY USER NOT LISTED IN PUBLIC NAME AND ADDRESS BOOK You can probably just delete and ignore it. It's a non-delivery report from a server reacting to a message that a virus program sent spoofing your address as the sender.
