Russ, thanks for responding to question, but I don't
understand what you want me to do.

When I was using MSOffice 1997 and clicked onto the
address book icon in MSword I would receive a drop down
window that says "Select Name".  It then would then
provide me with three choices of address to select for
each name in my contact list.  Now with MSOffice 2000 I am
not provided a choice, but get only the address that had
previously "checked as mailing address".   I would like to
have those choices again.  I send out letters that require
cc: to the other people involved.

What mail support mode are you using? (Line 2 of Help | About, if you don't
know). If it ways "Internet Mail Only" then you no longer have that option.
You can only use the Business Address.
