when i try to create a new business contact i get the error message "the form required to view this message cannot be displayed." I still see all my address cards (in business contact folder) but when i try to open one i get the error message "array index out of bounds". After searching endlessly in the help screens i thought it might be clearing the cache but when i click on properties for the folder there is no form tab. can anybody help?

Try this method for clearing the cache: Choose Tools | Options | Other |
Advanced Options | Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.

that took care of the first issue but not the second. i still get the msg "array index out of bounds" when clicking on an existing address card. I guess it really was two problems not one. thanks for at least clearing up the first one.

Try a new Outlook profile. Or file a support incident with Microsoft and ask
them about the file Bcmconfig.exe.

Also note: The newsgroup interface you are using apparently does not quote
earlier messages in the thread, making your latest message so short on
detail that you risk not getting the answer you're looking for. Please take
the time to quote the original message.
