Using Outlook XP on Microsoft exchange server -

When making journal entries in public contacts, other
users can't veiw the entries. Is there anyway to link or
access the entries?

Outlook does not provide any built-in simple mechanism for maintaining a
public journal. See http://www.slipstick.com/journal/pubjournal.htm for a
