Backing up Outlook contacts

I would like to backup my contacts on Outlook onto a CD
but don't know the name(s) of the files to copy.  Does
anyone know what they are?

All of your Outlook data (contacts, messages, appointments, etc.) will be in
a file with a .PST extension.  Look here for all the information you need on
backup and restoration of Outlook data:
