Outlook 2003 w/ Business Contact Manager in a Server 2003
& Exchange Server 2003 environment.

We are somewhat new to Outlook.  I know that we can not
use the BCM as we are planning on sharing our Contacts
list.  So...I must have one contact per person in a
company.  Let's say I have 4 contacts for Company ABC and
then the company moves locations.  How can I change the
address/phone in one contact and have it change for all
contacts working for that company?

I hope I explained that clearly.

There's no direct way to do that. Some people keep a master company record
and link other contacts to it, keeping the corporate address and phone
information only on the master. There might also be tools at
