My Outlook 2003 collects emails for five email accounts
and Rules automatically place them into dedicated folders.

But on arrival, each new email is displayed twice.  When
investigating reasons and playing with options, it has
sometimes created two or three copies of the same email
and I don't know how to stop it.

Can anyone help please?

End each rule with the "stop processing more rules" command.
