How do I save my contacts to Disk

I have Outlook 2000, I would like to save my contacts to
disk or CD. So I can retreve them at a latter date or if
my system crashes I can reinstall them, just as I saved
them. I cannot find anyone who knows the answer.

Export them as a .pst
