In Outlook 2000 when sending a new message and clicking on
the TO : box and choosing contacts folder, I could see the
type of contact (e.g. e-mail, fax, business fax). Now with
Outlook 2002 the list shows only the name with no field
attribute. I have to scroll to the right to see if it is
the contacts' e-mail address, fax number or mobile nr. Can
the view be customised when sending a message using
contacts list ?

Unfortunately, not. The Address Book interface in Outlook 2002 is a mess.
