Contact name in Outlook is:
Dr. Robert R Dentist Jr DDS

When I do the mail merge I get:
Dr. Robert Dentist

I'll right click on the name in Word, then click Edit
Address Block, to select the format I want. Mr. Full Name
including Jr.  Still no change even after updating field.
While still in the Edit Address Block, I click on match
fields and says there are no matching fields available for
suffix or middle name.  Why is that?  Can I get around this
another way?

Thanks
Jim

There's a wealth of information on mail merges and the field differences
between Outlook and Word here:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=294683

There's also an entire Word newsgroup dedicated to mail merges.
