Outlook Contacts seems to be re-formatting my addresses with Country/Region=Japan in a strange way

Line 1: Zip fiel
Line 2: Stat
Line 3: Cit
Line 4: Stree
Line 5: Country (Japan in my case

If I set the country to any other country (including China), the address looks as you would expect (formatted like U.S. addresses), but when I set it to Japan, it reverses everything as above. Is there someplace where I can control this

Several friends in Japan and I have been having EXACTLY the same problem.  You aren't alone with this problem but I have yet to find any solution to it.  It is formatting the addresses as they would be if you were writing them in Japanese but that doesn't help us since we want to write and display them in English.
